Profile of the speaker: Professor Chen Chuanfu has been dedicated to research in library science, information resource management and intellectual property rights. He has published many works and more than 100 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals and conferences. He has also presided more than 20 research projects of National Social Science Foundation and National Natural Science Foundation. His research results have been compiled into reports for reference by the party and state leaders or adopted by National Science and Technology Library (NSTL) and other projects. His research results have won him the first prize awarded by the Ministry of Education of P.R.C., the second prize of the National Technology Progress Award recommended by the Ministry of Education, and the second prize of Technology Progress Award of Hubei Province.
